What does it mean to be creatively empowered? In this four week online course, we access the bravest parts of ourselves to confront the psychological, emotional, and physical barriers that keep us creatively blocked. The goal of this workshop is to disarm what we subconsciously surrender to, and instead create a life that caters to our art practice.

Topics covered include:

  • Identify your core values as an artist

  • Embody your art

  • Manifest your emotions into material

  • Create a sustainable practice that makes for an artful life (this is not a quick fix, this is a lifestyle shift).

Class size is limited to 10 participants. For questions, email sadgirlstudionyc@gmail.com.
